Bolivian coffee’s are among the best coffee’s grown worldwide. This Bolivian Strictly High Grown coffee is part of a 35 member small holder cooperative called Aprocafe in the Caranavi growing region of Bolivia.
Grown, harvested, fully washed and patio dried at approximately 1250 MASL, this high grown gem displays a brown sugar like sweetness balanced with an apple like acidity and citrus notes. The body runs deep enough to hold the flavors together and are even more pronounced as the cup begins to cool. A remarkable coffee and a unique offering that is in limited supply.
