- Maragoype (Elephant Bean) cultivar. This unique coffee with the Elephant Bean is amazingly sweet and brisk, the layers of sweetness only increase as the coffee begins to cool.
Nicaraguan Diplito Tres Procesos
An aroma of honey and loose leaf teas leads into fruit notes of tart plum, canned pear, and some bittering apple skins.
- Farm blended Wet processed (washed), Dry processed (natural) and Honey processed
- Grown between 1350 -1800 MASL
- Java cultivar. This unique coffee, farm blending 3 different processes, makes this such a complex and wonderful coffee. Balanced but offering aspects of the 3 processes; herbal / spice, baked fruits and a crisp inviting sweetness.
